We want to make sure you love your purchases as much as we do.
Refunds are available for all full priced items and must be returned within 14 days of receipt, any received thereafter may be denied.
Please contact us as soon as possible at if you wish to refund an item this will speed up the refund process.
All items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
To send an item back they must be in their original condition and contain:
· All tags are to be attached to the item
· The item must be completely unworn
· You must supply your purchase receipt
· The item will need to be returned in the original packaging
Vanilla May Boutique has the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way, they will be returned to the sender.
All return shipping will be at the customers expensive and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any item not received by Vanilla May Boutique will not be issued a refund. The shipping back to the customer will be free within New Zealand with discretion used.
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of Vanilla May Boutique receiving the garment. You will be contacted via the e-mail address listed on your Vanilla May Boutique account.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the item.

If an item is faulty upon your receipt we will gladly exchange or refund the item as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately quoting your order number and the fault.
Shipping is at the customers expensive unless it is a faulty garment where Vanilla May Boutique will cover the shipping cost.
International returns will be processed in the same way, however the outgoing shipping will also be at the customers expense unless the item is faulty where Vanilla May Boutique with cover the shipping cost.
Please choose carefully as Vanilla May Boutique will not offer a refund if you change your mind.
The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act does not require us to provide a refund or replacement on a final sale item if you change your mind, in regards to colour, size or fit.
If your sale item has a major problem such as:
· It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (this does not include change of mind, colour, fit or size)
· It is unsafe
· It is significantly different from the sample or description
· It doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed
