WHERE DO WE SHIP?

 

Vanilla May Boutique will ship worldwide excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan

 

SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND

 

Vanilla May Boutique offers free shipping within New Zealand.  We ship via NZ Couriers, where a tracking number will be provided.  NZ Couriers provide an overnight service from the date your item was shipped.

Rural delivery will incur a flat rate charge of $3.50, shipping may take 1 - 2 days longer depending on the area.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

 

Vanilla May Boutique charges a flat rate of $15 for untracked orders to Australia. 

We use NZ Post which provide a 3-10 business day service from the date the item was shipped.  Shipping times vary per destination.  This does not include any customs delays.

 

Vanilla May Boutique also offers a 2 – 6 day tracked service through NZ Post for a flat rate of $20

Shipping times vary per destination.  This does not include any customs delays.

 

Vanilla May Boutique offers free shipping for all international orders to Australia over $175.

Vanilla May Boutique will deliver world wide through NZ Post.  We offer both tracked and un-tracked services.  
Un-tracked will be a flat rate of $20

Delivery will take 3 - 10 working days for un-tracked via International Air
Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days for tracked via International Express Courier

Any customs delays are beyond our control and will vary from country to country.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

 

All Import duties & taxes are at the cost of the buyer. So please make sure you are aware of your specific country import requirements/standards.

Vanilla May Boutique takes no responsibility for damaged items in the post. Please do however notify us if anything arrives broken and we can do our best to get it sorted for you. 

Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. You can however track your items and take any issues up with the courier company directly or email us and we can assist to the best of our ability.
